Lead actor in Black Panther death from colon cancer at the age of 43

Colorectal cancers will affect more than 140,000 Americans in 2020, with under-50s accounting for about 11 per cent of colon cancers and 18 percent of rectal cancers.
By the year 2030 the rates among this age group are expected to double and quadruple, respectively.
Symptoms to watch for include changes to bowel habits that last more than a few days, such as diarrhoea, constipation or narrow stool.
Causes to colorectal cancers can be due to environmental factors, such as shifts in diets and lifestyle, stress and food sources could be behind the increase.
Nearer to home, colorectal cancer accounts for 38.2% of total cancer cases, and is at the top of all cancers. In Singapore, about 39 people are diagnosed with cancer every day, 15 people die of cancer every day, and 1 in 4 people may develop cancer in their lifetime.
How do you prevent intestinal problems?
A healthy diet is critical to prevent intestinal problems, low fats and high fibre diet. Along with probiotics, promoting a healthy digestive tract and a healthy immune system are their most widely studied benefits at this time.
These are also commonly known as friendly, good, or healthy bacteria. The International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics (ISAPP) organized a meeting of clinical and scientific experts on probiotics (with specialties in gastroenterology, pediatrics, family medicine, gut microbiota, microbiology of probiotic bacteria, microbial genetics, immunology, and food science) to reexamine the concept of probiotics.
They define probiotics as "live microorganisms that, when administered in adequate amounts, confer a health benefit on the host." Take adequate amounts of high quality probiotics daily and protect your small and large intestines from lining of bad pathogenic bacteria.
Lactomin and Lactokids probiotics are specially formulated for adults and children to help protect your intestines from pathogenic bad bacteria.
Our hearts go out to the families and friends of Chadwick Boseman.
