Returns & Exchange

Returns

We do not accept return of goods once order has been placed. However, if there are issues to the product, we will review on case by case basis and depending on the case, we might accept returns on exchange basis.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your case after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a 1 for 1 exchange of the same item. Refunds are only made due to error or "Out Of Stock" through our web portal.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Remember to key in your postal code at the estimated shipping and tax section on the shopping cart page.

Promo Codes

Check Out

When there is a promotion code available, please key in the respective code to enjoy the discount.
When there is no promotion code but asked to key in certain other promo codes in the "Add a note" Section, we will verify the code, if it fulfills the promotion, we will expedite the promotion as stipulated.
